We are a community that gathers weekly to listen to sound science guided meditations, then talk about our experience if we choose to share.

Yes, but we use Monroe Sound science audio, so even a very scattered mind can relax. 

Sound Science uses special sound patterns played through headphones to help your brain relax, focus, or become more aware. Your brain naturally responds to these sounds, making it easier to feel calm while you stay awake, aware, and in control.

No, that is the beauty of these audio exercises, no experience is needed, the audio does all of the work, you just simply listen and observe.

Yes, it is absolutely free. 

It’s simple, you show up, listen & share at the end of the session if you wish. It’s very relaxing and casual, no pressure.
